Bar

A living space

Pulling up a seat in our bar is like perching on a rock overlooking the sea: the mind is calmed and the senses awaken.

Rediscover the rules of cocktail-making, the natural, plant-based, hand-crafted and local way. Our drinks menu has something for everyone: cocktails with home-made hydrosols, ginger beer and kefir from our own fermentation lab, and home-made kombucha alongside teas made from locally-harvested plants.

FERMENTATION AT LA BUTTE

Probiotic
drinks

Fermentation is a craft that has been used throughout the ages as an excellent preservation method for vegetables, condiments, and other foods. It requires no energy input or artificial additives, and contributes to good health through beneficial bacteria that support our immune system.

Learn more about our producers

Every gourmet knows that a good recipe—even the most sophisticated—starts with good ingredients. A behind every good ingredient is a skilled producer, passionate about their profession and driven by an inspiration that Chef Nicolas Conraux recognises and admires.
