Saison claire – tasting menu
The Saison claire tasting menu takes you on a voyage through Finistère from land to sea, along magical coastlines and over the crests of the Monts d’Arrée to discover the riches of our region. Chef Nicolas Conraux uses ingredients that have been rigorously selected for their quality, flavour and seasonality. This tasting menu (excluding drinks) is served to everyone in your party and includes mise en bouche, entrées, interlude, main courses and desserts.
Valid at lunch or dinner from Thursday through Sunday.
