Force du vivant – set menu

Between land and sea, La Butte plays its gourmet part on a natural terroir with high added value, where the know-how and passion of the people involved make all the difference. Fishermen, breeders, farmers and craftsmen: they have all been selected for their talent and are part of the La Butte crew. Blue lobster, Goulven Bay prawns, scallops, abalone, line fish, cured meats, meat and poultry, vegetables and seasonal fruit make up a menu that draws its inspiration from Finistère. The menu (excluding drinks) consists of 7 courses.
